Eligible candidates must report at the Committee Room of Academic Block, All India Institute of Ayurveda, Sarita Vihar, Gautampuri, Mathura Road, New Delhi on 19 October 2026 at 10:30 AM with a duly filled-in prescribed application form, original testimonials and two sets of attested photocopies of the age, qualification and experience certificates. Candidates reporting after 11:00 AM will not be considered for the interview.

Important Details
- The engagement is purely contractual and temporary for one year and confers no claim to regular appointment in the Institute.
- No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the interview or for joining.
- The appointee cannot accept any other assignment during the contract and must join within a week of the date of issue of the offer of engagement.
- The candidate gets 1.5 days leave in a calendar month, and absence beyond that is subject to pro-rata deduction of remuneration.
- The number of posts may vary at the discretion of the Competent Authority, AIIA.
- Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills and computer knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Contract Terms
- Appointment is on contract and purely temporary, with no claim for future appointment to any post in the Institute
- Engagement is initially for one year and follows AIIA / SoUADTGA working hours
- The appointee is not allowed to accept any other assignment during the contract period
- 1.5 days leave is allowed per calendar month; absence beyond this leads to pro-rata deduction of remuneration
- Necessary tax deduction as per Government instructions will be made
- Records of the assignment must be handed over to the organization on expiry of the contract and before release of final payment
- Selected candidates must join within a week from the date of issue of the offer of engagement
- Any change in time, venue or date will be displayed on the website only, with no separate advertisement
