Salary Structure

Important Details
- The engagement is for a fixed tenure of one year (12 months) and terminates automatically on completion of one year from the date of joining.
- It is not employment on the AIIMS Deoghar pay-roll and candidates have no right to claim permanent employment.
- The contract may be extended to a maximum of three years depending on performance and budget grant from the funding agency.
- No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
- No change in serial number order or the heading of columns is allowed in the application form.
- No separate communication will be sent to candidates.
- If a contractual official gets less than the current pay due to a revised structure, the existing pay is protected until he or she reaches the same level under the revised structure.
