Candidates must report at the Department of CFM, 2nd Floor Academic Block, AIIMS Gorakhpur on 01 October 2026 between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. They must bring the duly filled application form in the prescribed format with a recent passport size colour photograph, a detailed bio-data or CV, and all relevant documents duly self-attested, including educational certificates and marksheets from 10th standard onwards, experience certificates showing date of joining and relieving, age and caste proof, and photo identity such as Aadhar card, Indian passport, PAN card or driving licence. Originals must be produced for verification along with one set of self-attested photocopies. Candidates found not suitable in document verification will not be allowed to appear in the personal interview. No photocopy facility is available at the institute.

Important Details
- Candidates already working against regular or permanent posts under a government department or organization are not eligible to apply.
- Other employed candidates must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the walk-in interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear.
- The engagement is purely temporary for 3 months on Project Human Resource positions and carries no claim on a regular post in AIIMS Gorakhpur or the funding agency.
- Selected candidates must join within 15 days of the declaration of results.
- No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview and no provident fund, LTC or medical claim benefits are admissible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit participants from study sites

Shortlisting

Terms of Engagement
- Engagement is purely temporary for a period of 3 months on Project Human Resource positions
- Rates of emoluments or stipend may vary according to the sanction of the funding agency
- The persons engaged will normally be posted at the study site but may be posted to any other site in the interest of research work
- AIIMS Gorakhpur may terminate the engagement even during the agreed contract period without assigning any reason
- Leave is applicable as per institutional guidelines
- No request for change of date of interview will be entertained
