Important Details

Period of Engagement
The engagement is for a fixed period of three years, which can be extended by one year at a time up to a maximum tenure of five years.
Place of Posting
The consultant may work from the mainland. Depending on requirement, they will be required to visit Sri Vijaya Puram or any part of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
TA/DA
TA/DA, the mode of journey and reimbursement of hotel, taxi and food bills shall be as applicable to Pay Level-12 and Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix. No TA/DA is paid for attending the walk-in interview in person.
Job Description
- Provide strategic advice and technical oversight of projects and initiatives
- Advise ANIIDCO on technical issues or risks affecting project results
- Review baseline information, project progress reports, concepts, designs, strategies and frameworks
- Support preparation or revision of planning, design, engineering and monitoring strategies and plans
- Provide overall project advisory services and technical assistance to ANIIDCO
- Review and comment on technical reports and documents prepared by consultants
- Assist in drafting Terms of Reference for international and national consultants
- Provide technical input in developing policies and regulations specific to the A&N context
- Support the project team in preparing strategy papers, implementation manuals and guidelines
- Lead presentations and meetings for ANIIDCO as required
