Essential: Full time B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Electronics/E&TC/IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical or any allied disciplines from any recognised Institute/University. Desirable: Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance/Operations/Projects), PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management or PMP Certification. Experience: at least 10 years of cumulative experience in Program/Project Management (Planning/Execution/Implementation and Monitoring of high value projects); good experience/knowledge of preparing documentation such as RFPs/EOI/Contract Agreements/MoU/LOIs/Work Orders; well versed with government regulations on conclusion of contracts and execution of projects, CVC guidelines and labour laws. Important Details
- The engagement is on a full-time contract basis for one year initially, extendable based on BECIL's requirement and satisfactory performance, and carries no right to claim regular appointment in BECIL.
- The current place of posting is the Corporate Office at Noida or the Head Office at Delhi.
- No DA, HRA, residential telephone, transport facility or allowance, CGHS or medical reimbursement is admissible.
- Contract appointees get 30 days leave a year at 2.5 days per completed month, may have to attend duty on weekends and holidays if work demands, and may travel outstation on project work with TA/DA as per prevailing company rules.
- A Police Verification Certificate must be submitted within a month of joining, failing which the selection may be rendered nullified.
- Candidates must be in sound health both physically and mentally, should not be accused in any pending inquiry and should be of impeccable integrity.

- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and produce program reports for stakeholders
- Any other duty based on the felt need of the organisation or as assigned by the Management
