- The engagement is one year of apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961, and BEL, Navi Mumbai has no obligation to offer regular employment on completion; apprentices have no right to claim a regular job on the basis of this training.
- Candidates who have undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment or organization are not eligible.
- A canteen facility is available at nominal rates, no accommodation is provided and no TA/DA is paid to candidates appearing for the recruitment and selection process.
