Salary Structure
Basic pay is fixed in the applicable BEML pay scale, normally at the minimum of the scale, though higher starting pay may be considered in suitable cases. Employees may also receive variable dearness allowance, performance-related pay, provident fund, gratuity, company accommodation or house rent allowance and perks or allowances under BEML rules. Cafeteria benefits are currently stated as 15.12% of basic pay.
