- Qualification
- MD/DNB (PG Degree) or PG Diploma in Pediatrics from a university recognized by the Maharashtra Medical Council, with valid MMC registration and renewal
- Duties
- Daily rounds in the pediatric ward from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, supervision of junior doctors, OPD from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, 24x7 availability on telephone, guidance and supervision of resident and paramedical staff
Special Medical Consultant (Anesthesia)1 post
- Qualification
- MD/DNB (PG Degree) or PG Diploma in Anesthesia from a university recognized by the Maharashtra Medical Council, with valid MMC registration and renewal
- Duties
- Full-time work in the assigned unit from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, night duty as per service requirement, service in other TB hospitals under the group and availability during emergencies
Intensivist1 post
- Qualification
- MD/DNB (PG Degree) or PG Diploma in General Medicine, Respiratory Medicine (Chest & TB), Anesthesia, Critical Care or Emergency Medicine; candidates with MD/DNB in General Medicine will be given preference
- Experience
- PG Diploma holders need a minimum of 12 months of work experience in the Intensive Care department
- Duties
- Manage the IRCU in rotational day and night shifts, guide the medical officer, take case history and daily rounds, perform intubation and operate Bi-PAP and NIV machines, monitor patients and refer them to the IRCU when needed

Selection is held through the walk-in interview method at the administrative office of Kshay Rog Rugnalaya Samuh, Shivdi. The interview venue, date and time are communicated to applicants by email two days in advance, and candidates must appear for the interview at their own expense.

Important Details
- Applications received by post will not be considered; the form must be submitted at the office of Kshay Rog Rugnalaya Samuh, Shivdi, Mumbai during office hours between 24 September and 6 October 2026, and applications received outside this period or at any other place will not be entertained.
- The application fee of Rs. 870 + 18% GST is non-refundable and an application without the fee receipt will be rejected.
- Selected candidates sign an agreement on Rs. 500 bond paper at the time of appointment.
- Appointment is purely temporary for 179 days at a time and can be renewed for further 179-day terms with a one-day technical break if work is satisfactory.
- No dearness allowance, house rent allowance or other allowances are payable.
- Candidates must have basic computer knowledge and may have to pass MS-CIT or an equivalent certificate examination within the stipulated period.
- A waiting list of unsuccessful candidates will be kept valid till 31 March 2027 and may be used to fill posts that fall vacant.
- The interview venue, date and time will be intimated by email two days in advance.
Additional Eligibility Conditions
- Candidate must be able to operate the BMC HMIS system
- Experience of working in a TB hospital is preferred
- Candidate must be able to converse easily in Marathi, Hindi and English and hear clearly
- Basic computer knowledge is required; MS-CIT or an equivalent government-prescribed computer certificate may have to be passed within the stipulated period
