Selection Process
- 1Computer Based Test
Online objective test of 120 minutes with 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks, held in Bhopal, New Delhi and Nagpur; there is no negative marking.
- 2Skill Test
Applicable only to the Personal Assistant post: dictation for 10 minutes at 80 words per minute and transcription of 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on a computer.
- 3Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates submit self-attested copies of qualification, experience, category and age documents along with the application printout when called.
- 4Medical Fitness and Final Appointment Formalities
Appointment is subject to medical fitness as determined by the competent medical authority.

Important Details
- The crucial date for determining age, educational qualification, experience and other eligibility conditions is 16 October 2026.
- Candidates must submit a separate online application for every post, and examinations for different posts may be scheduled on the same day and shift, in which case a candidate can appear for only one post.
- One of the three Technician (Medical) - Manifold vacancies and the Store Keeper vacancy are reserved for PwBD candidates under Category-B (Deaf and Hard of Hearing), and PwBD candidates must have not less than 40% of the relevant disability.
- There is no interview for these Group B and Group C non-gazetted posts.
- No correction is allowed after final submission of the application.
