Database Developer Consultant - Role
- Design schemas and objects maintaining established standards, including re-modelling structures or queries for increased performance
- Actively participate with application teams in creating complex queries for the application
- Continuously monitor database performance and engage in tuning exercises
- Help support groups such as operations and data-centre teams schedule and monitor database backups, build and test database recovery models, spin new database instances and set up HA and Replication models
- Report to the Senior Technical Program Manager (Applications)
