- Interview — Candidates who qualify in the written test are called for the interview
- Teaching Demo — Demo held on the same day as the interview
For the post of Assistant Professor a written test is conducted, and candidates who qualify are called for an interview and teaching demo on the same day. The selection process for all other teaching, administrative and non-teaching posts is decided by CBIT management according to the post requirements.
Salary Structure
Teaching positions: 7th CPC scales as per AICTE / UGC norms; salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates. Non-teaching positions: as per CBIT norms.

Important Details
- Candidates already employed must send their applications through the proper channel, failing which the applications cannot be processed.
