Selection Process
- 1Merit List Preparation
Bank-wise merit list prepared from marks or percentages obtained in High School, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation and additional qualifications; candidates placed in descending order of total marks.
- 2Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates report at CG Apex Bank headquarters, Nawa Raipur with original and self-attested copies of all certificates mentioned in the application.
- 3Medical Fitness Test
Selected candidates submit a health fitness certificate from the District Hospital Medical Board before joining.

Service Bond
Selected interns execute a service bond to serve the bank for a maximum of one year from the date of joining. If an intern leaves before completing one year, they must pay Rs. 15,000 as compensation to the bank. The internship can be terminated by either side with one month's notice.
Leave and Allowances
Interns get a consolidated Rs. 25,000 per month plus travelling allowance (TA/DA) as per the rules of the respective bank. Up to 10 days of casual leave is allowed in a year; any other leave is granted as unpaid leave. Holidays follow the rules of the concerned cooperative bank.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with PACS and other primary cooperative societies and guide them in implementing initiatives of the Ministry of Cooperation
- Resolve day-to-day computerisation problems of PACS and help prepare business plans and projects, settle financial issues and obtain approvals
- Prepare and share weekly status reports on implementation of Ministry of Cooperation initiatives in coordination with the district cooperative bank and CG Apex Bank
Tie-Breaking Rule
Where candidates have equal marks, the candidate with the earlier date of birth is ranked higher. If both marks and age are equal, ranking is decided by alphabetical order of English.
