How to Apply
- 1Obtain the prescribed internal promotion application form
- 2Select the post for which promotion is sought
- 3Enter the employee's name, employee code, category and current designation
- 4Provide the date of appointment in the current post and the date of joining CNCI
- 5Enter the initial and present pay levels and the number of years of service in the current post
- 6Enter the date of the last promotion, if any, and qualifications acquired during service at CNCI
- 7Attach all necessary supporting documents
- 8Sign the declaration and submit the hard copy through the Head of Department or Section
- 9Ensure the forwarded application reaches the Director, CNCI by 30 September 2026
Important Details
- This circular is only for eligible serving employees of CNCI and applications from outside candidates will not be considered.
- Eligibility and experience are calculated as of 31 July 2026.
- The application must be recommended and forwarded by the Head of Department or Section, and incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents will be rejected.
- Fulfilling the eligibility conditions does not by itself ensure promotion.
