Programmer - Qualification and Experience

B.Tech./B.E. (Computer Science or related Subject) or equivalent higher qualification from a recognized University/Institution or M.C.A./M.Sc. (Computer Science or related Subject) from a recognized University/Institution or Second Class Bachelor degree from a recognized University with 'B' level Course Certificate from DOE. At least 02 years of experience in software development. Experience and qualifications shall be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application form.

Important Details

  • The application process is online only, but candidates must also send the hard copy of the duly filled application form with supporting documents, each page duly signed, by registered or speed post to The Registrar, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kalyanpur, Kanpur 208024 (U.P.) so as to reach the university office on or before 07 November 2026; the envelope must mention the advertisement number and the post applied for.
  • Candidates already in employment must submit a No Objection Certificate at the time of submitting the online application or at the interview.
  • The application fee once paid is non-refundable.
  • No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
  • Once the application is finally submitted, no changes or modifications in the data are permitted.

Desirable Qualification for Programmer

Complete knowledge of office automation packages and internet, knowledge of website management and data management. Knowledge of programming languages Java, Python, C, Ruby, HTML/CSS, PHP. Experience in developing tools or applications which interact with web-based services, tools and databases, and using APIs. Skill of developing mobile operating system based apps. Server handling abilities.

Verification of Documents

The university will get all documents submitted in support of qualifications and experience verified from the issuing authority. If any document is found false, fake or incorrect at any stage of verification before or after appointment, it shall lead to termination of the appointment.
