Eligibility Details

Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical)

First class M. Pharm/M. S. (Pharm.)/M. Tech (Pharm)/M Sc. (Life Sciences)/M.Tech in Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology/Nanotechnology/Biotechnology or equivalent degree with GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET/UGC-NET including lectureship or equivalent examination; OR Second class M. Pharm/M. S. (Pharm.)/M. Tech (Pharm)/M. Sc. (Life Sciences)/M. Tech in Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology/Nanotechnology/Biotechnology with PhD in Pharmaceutics/Pharmacology/Nanotechnology/Biotechnology and GATE/GPAT/CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship or equivalent examination. Aforementioned qualification(s) must be from the recognized Board/University/Institute.

Selection Process

    Shortlisting of Applications

    Applications are screened and only shortlisted candidates are entitled for the interview; shortlisted candidates are intimated by email.

    Held at the Department of Pharmacy, Central University of Rajasthan campus; the interview date will be notified separately.

Salary Structure

Rs. 56,000/- + HRA 10% @Rs. 5600 pm (increment @5% on initial emoluments after completing every two years, subject to performance review)

Desirable Qualifications

GATE/GPAT/CSIR UGC-NET including lectureship or equivalent examination. Candidates with good communication and analytical skills and previous experience in handling nano-formulations, polymeric conjugation and applications in drug delivery. Synthesis and characterization using particle size, SEM, XRD, HPLC method development, experience of handling cell lines, in-vitro screening, animal handling and scientific writing as evidenced by peer-reviewed publications will be preferred.
