70 marks out of 100, awarded on the basis of Intermediate or Class 12 marks.

Conducted by the District Selection Committee, 10 marks.

Important Details
- Only local women candidates may apply.
- For an Anganwadi Centre in an urban area the applicant must be a resident of the concerned ward or division, and for a rural centre a resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat; candidates must apply only for the centre for which they satisfy the local-residence condition.
- Applications are accepted only through the online mode.
- Manual applications and applications sent by post or email will not be accepted, and applications submitted directly to the Prajavani, CDPO or District Welfare Officer's office will also not be accepted.
- For Scheduled Caste Sub-Plan Anganwadi Centres, eligible SC women from the concerned village or habitation are considered, and for Scheduled Tribe Sub-Plan centres, eligible ST women from the concerned Gram Panchayat.
