Important Details
- Applications received after 5 November 2026 at 5:30 PM are rejected outright.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form for each post; an incomplete application or one covering multiple posts is rejected.
- Candidates awaiting the results of the prescribed qualifying examination as on the last date to apply are not eligible.
- Experience certificates from private clinics or hospitals are accepted only if the institution is registered under KPME and the certificate mentions the registration number.
- No marks are awarded for the mandatory minimum experience; the 20 experience marks are for additional experience beyond the minimum.

Merit Weightage
- 70% weightage (maximum 70 marks) based on marks obtained in the qualifying degree or examination
- 20% weightage (maximum 20 marks) for additional AYUSH hospital or clinic work experience, calculated at 1 mark for every 3 months of additional experience up to 4 marks per year beyond the mandatory minimum experience
- 10% weightage (maximum 10 marks) for the personal interview
- The merit list carries a maximum of 100 marks
Contract Terms
Appointments are temporary on a contract basis up to 31 March 2027 or till the end of the financial year. A compulsory one-day technical break is given after the financial year before the contract is extended, subject to departmental orders and approval from the District AYUSH Recruitment Committee. Contractual appointees have no claim for regular appointment, pension, gratuity or pay scale.
