- 4Paste a recent passport size photograph on the form and sign the declaration.

Important Details
- All posts are open to female candidates only.
- Engagement is on a contract basis for 11 months and 29 days and can be renewed for the next academic session with the District Magistrate's approval if work is satisfactory.
- The maximum age for continuing in service in KGBV schools is 60 years.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must send a separate application for each post, and each envelope may carry only one application.
- The 13 percent employer EPF contribution is included in the honorarium for posts where the honorarium is up to Rs. 15000.

Residence and Campus Rules
Full time teachers, head cook and assistant cook must live in the school campus after selection. Family members and children above 5 years are not allowed to stay in the school campus.
Application Submission Rules
- Only one application is accepted in one envelope; sending more than one application in a single envelope cancels all of them.
- The name of the post applied for must be written clearly on the envelope.
- Two self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 50 to 60 postage stamps must be enclosed with the application.
- Applications received after the last date or by ordinary post will not be accepted.
Tie-Breaking
If two or more candidates have the same merit marks, the older candidate is placed higher in the list. If both merit marks and age are the same, the names are arranged in English alphabetical order.
