Service Terms
- Contract appointment is for one year, extendable with the consent of both sides based on work plan, performance and annual appraisal
- All conditions of the General Administration Department memo F. 9-1/2012/1-3 dated 31 December 2012 apply
- Leave is admissible under the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012
- The appointee is governed by the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 2005
- Service rendered on contract carries no entitlement to pension, gratuity or ex-gratia

Where candidates score equal marks, the older candidate is placed higher in the merit list.
Grade to Percentage Conversion
If a mark sheet shows only a grade and not a percentage, the average of the grade range is taken. For example, an A grade covering 80 to 90 percent is treated as 85 percent.
Experience Certificate Rules
Only experience in government rural development schemes at a pay scale at least equal to the post is counted. The certificate must carry the issuing institution's full address, office order number and date, name and designation of the issuing officer, and contact phone and email, and must be supported by six months of pay slips or bank statements for the working period.
