- The post is a contract appointment on consolidated pay under the Viksit Bharat Rozgar aur Aajivika ke liye Guarantee Mission (Rural).
- Only native residents of Chhattisgarh may apply and a residence certificate must be attached.
- Applications are accepted only by registered post or speed post; applications submitted in person will not be accepted, and the post name must be written on the envelope.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each.

Merit Marks
Merit is prepared out of 100 marks. For Computer Programmer, 70 marks are for the percentage obtained in the minimum educational qualification, 5 marks for valid documentary proof of knowledge of .NET Technology, Java, MS SQL or Oracle, and the remaining marks for experience. For Program Officer, 70 marks are for the minimum educational qualification and 15 marks for experience. Experience marks are given only for work in government rural development schemes at the same pay scale.
Experience Certificate Requirements
An experienced candidate must submit the appointment order and a no objection or experience certificate from the employer. The experience certificate must carry the name and full address of the issuing institution, the office order number and date, the name and designation of the issuing officer, contact telephone number and email, the pay scale, and the name of the government rural development scheme worked on. Experience without these details will not be counted.
Tie-Breaking
Where two candidates score equal marks, the older candidate is given preference in the final selection.
Reservation
The reservation roster in force in Chhattisgarh is followed. Only a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority is accepted.
