Selection Process
- 1Merit List Preparation
Selection is strictly on merit, calculated on the combined percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (90 marks) and age (10 marks), for a total of 100 marks, with the Rule of Reservation and Presidential Order, 2018 applied.
- 2Provisional Merit List
The provisional merit list is displayed and objections are invited within the prescribed period.
- 3Final Merit List and Selection List
After disposal of objections, the final merit list and selection list are prepared and displayed by the District Selection Committee.
- 4Certificate Verification
Candidates produce their original certificates at the time of certificate verification/counselling.

- The 2nd ANM and Pharmacist posts are zonal posts under the Presidential Order, 2018, and the prescribed roster is followed.
- Selected candidates must work at the Ayushman Arogya Mandirs/Sub-Centres allotted to them and cannot claim a particular place of posting as a matter of right; postings are issued on merit-cum-option subject to eligibility, roster and availability of vacancies.
- In case of a tie in merit, the tie-breaking criteria prescribed by the Government/NHM apply.
- Incomplete applications, applications without the required documents, and applications received after the prescribed last date and time are not considered.
- The number of vacancies is subject to change as per the orders of the competent authority.
