Important Details
- Applications are accepted only by Speed Post or Registered Post; there is no online application portal and no email submission route, and handwritten or incomplete forms are rejected.
- Candidates must be registered on the NATS portal with a valid Enrollment Number, must have passed the qualifying course in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026, and must have completed the essential qualification through regular mode only.
- Candidates holding a post-graduation degree will not be considered, and neither will those with one year or more of training or job experience after acquiring the essential qualification.
- SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS candidates must produce caste certificates issued by the competent authority at document verification.
- PXE may increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
Apprenticeship Terms
- Selected candidates must execute a contract for the one-year tenure of training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and the rules framed thereunder
- The offer of apprenticeship training does not confer any right to employment in PXE or DRDO
- No accommodation or transport is provided by PXE during the training period
- No TA/DA is provided for joining or for attending the interview
- All correspondence, including the offer letter, is sent by email only; candidates must download and print the offer letter themselves and PXE is not responsible for loss due to an invalid email ID or delivery to spam or bulk folders
CGPA Conversion
Where the mark sheet does not mention a percentage of marks or the formula for it, the percentage is calculated as CGPA x 9.5.
