On the Job Training
Candidates selected as Medical Officer and Dental Officer must complete 10 days of on-the-job training and obtain a certificate from the Officer-in-Charge Polyclinic before signing the contract. The training period is unpaid and mandatory before assuming charge.
Affidavit for Ex-Servicemen Officers
Every ex-serviceman officer applying for contractual employment under ECHS must furnish an affidavit at the time of application declaring whether they are presently in receipt of any resettlement facility or benefit under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare or DGR, and undertaking to resign or surrender it before taking up the ECHS contractual appointment.
