- 2Attach self-attested photocopies of age proof, MBBS certificate, PG Degree/Diploma or DM/M.Ch certificate, and State Medical Council or MCI registration certificate.

Important Details
- Selected candidates must have a professional indemnity policy covering the period as desired by ESIC.
- On selection, candidates must pay Rs. 50,000 as a security deposit through a Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No. 1 payable at Baddi.
- Candidates selected under the PWD quota will be adjusted against their respective categories.
- Candidates who have already completed 03 years of Senior Residency need not apply under the Senior Residency Scheme.
- Accreditation with NBEMS for DNB courses at ESICMH, Baddi is under process.
- Specialist posts (Chest/ Pulmonary Medicine, Medicine, Obs & Gynae, Orthopaedic, Paediatrics, Radiology, Psychiatry, Skin, Surgery, ICU, Accident & Emergency, Biochemistry): PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty.
- Senior Resident: PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university, or Non-PG with 2 years of experience.
- Super Specialist-Cardiology: Post-Graduation qualification in concerned specialty
