- No other allowances like HRA, NPA are payable. Engaged on fixed remuneration with the provision of no work no pay.

Age Relaxation

Important Details
- Selected candidates must deposit Rs 30,000 as security money through a Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1, Korba at the time of joining.
- The amount is refunded after completion of the contract period on production of a no dues certificate, and is forfeited if the candidate resigns or terminates the contract without prior notice.
- Full time contractual specialists cannot take up private practice of any kind.
- A professional indemnity policy covering the engagement period is mandatory and a copy of the insurance and premium receipt must be submitted within 7 days from the date of engagement.
- Selected candidates sign a contract agreement on bond paper worth Rs 100 at their own cost and must submit a medical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Hospital.
- Hostel accommodation or quarters will not be provided.
- Candidates already in service must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of interview, which also applies to doctors under bond.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
- Absence from work for 15 days without proper permission amounts to voluntary abandonment of the engagement.

Professional Indemnity Policy
- Rs 30 lakhs minimum sum assured per annum for Anesthesiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Neuro Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons and the like
- Rs 20 lakhs minimum sum assured per annum for General Surgeons, Obstetrics and Gynecology and the like
- Rs 10 lakhs minimum sum assured per annum for Physicians, Dentists, Radiologists, Pathologists, Chest Physicians (Pulmonologists) and the like
Reserved Posts With No Eligible Candidates
If no eligible candidates are available against a reserved category, any candidate with suitable qualifications may be considered for the walk-in interview irrespective of category, for engaging a Contractual Specialist for 39 days extendable by another 39 days, subject to fulfilment of essential qualifications and other conditions. The contract will be renewable with a further advertisement in the absence of reserved candidates.
