Important Details
- A separate application must be submitted for each post, in the prescribed format only; incomplete applications or those submitted in another format will be rejected.

Terms of Contract
- Initial contract of one year, extendable every year up to a maximum of three years, or till the joining of the regular incumbent.
- Paid leave at 2.5 days for each completed month of work, credited after completion of the working month, with no leave encashment.
- Refundable non-interest bearing security deposit of Rs. 30,000 by demand draft in favour of ESIC Saving Fund Account No. 2, payable at Namkum, at the time of joining.
- Engagement may be terminated by either side with one month's prior notice; spot resignation requires depositing one month's salary.
- Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited and the candidate cannot work as teaching faculty in any other hospital or medical college.
- No accommodation will be provided to selected candidates.
- The appointment carries no right to regularisation or preference for regular appointment.
- Selected candidates must execute an agreement with the Dean on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper at their own cost.
- Maximum tenure of engagement is till the candidate attains 70 years of age.
- Absence beyond seven days without permission amounts to voluntary abandonment and automatic termination.
Reservation
The advertised vacancies include posts for PwD and Ex-servicemen. PwD reservation follows Government of India norms; if suitable candidates are not available, those vacancies are filled from the interview panel and the PwD reservation is carried forward. If reserved category candidates are not available in an advertised post, the vacancy may be filled as a de-reserved seat for less than 45 days. EWS certificates must be in the format of DoPT OM No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.2019, based on financial year 2025-26 and issued on or after 01.04.2026. OBC candidates must submit a Non-Creamy Layer certificate in the format of DoPT OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt (Res) dated 30.05.2014.
