Important Details
- Appointments are purely on a contractual or temporary basis and selected candidates have no claim for regularization of service in the hospital.
- The selected candidate must sign an agreement of term and condition on Rs. 500 stamp paper purchased by the candidate before joining.
- The appointee is not entitled to provident fund, pension, gratuity, medical attendance treatment, seniority, promotion, leave encashment or any other benefit available to ESI doctors appointed on a regular basis.
- No TA/DA is admissible for the walk-in interview or for joining the post.
- The Medical Superintendent may increase, decrease or cancel filling up of any or all posts without assigning any reasons.

- Contractual Part Time Specialist - Pediatrics: MBBS with P.G./DNB Degree from a recognized university with post PG experience of 3 years OR PG Diploma from a recognized university, having post PG experience of five (5) years respectively in the particular specialty.

Professional Indemnity Policy
The selected candidate must hold a professional indemnity policy covering the period of contract, with a minimum sum assured of Rs. 20 lakh for surgeons and Rs. 10 lakh for non-surgeons. A copy of the insurance and premium receipt must be submitted within 7 days from the date of joining.
Reservation
Reservation for various categories is awarded as per Government of Maharashtra rules. If a candidate of the respective category is not available, the post is filled by a candidate of any other category from the merit list. Candidates claiming reservation under the OBC category must submit the latest Non-Creamy Layer certificate along with a self declaration.
