- (a) Diploma Holder in Dental Hygienist/ Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) (min 5 years of experience in Dental Laboratory); (b) 10+2 with science or equivalent from recognized board or institution and 02 Yrs Dip in Dental Hygienist/ Dental Mechanic Course Registered with Central/ state Govt or Dental Council of India (Min 3 years of experience in Dental Laboratory)

Important Details
- Preference will be given to ex-servicemen.

- The Medical Officer must deposit the Annual Property Return for immovable and movable property along with the application.
