Important Details
- Engagement is strictly contractual, for one year for Ex-Servicemen and 11 months for civilian candidates, subject to performance and the conditions listed against each post.
- Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM), Veer Naris and Widows of Service Personnel.
- Applications received after 4:00 PM on 02 November 2026 will not be accepted.
- No TA/DA or admission fee is payable.
- Selected candidates must complete 10 days of unpaid On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract, and 10 days of handing over and taking over between the appointments will be carried out.

On Job Training
Selected candidates for the above appointments must carry out 10 days of On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract (Memorandum of Agreement). This OJT period is unpaid and mandatory before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
