- Experience in construction works of metro, railways, flyover, RUBs, bridges or multi-storied buildings. CGM level: minimum 23 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed private organization, or 20 years in Government Organizations, Indian Railways, PSUs or Metro Rail Corporations with at least 17 years at executive level and minimum 4 years in SAG/GM grade (7th CPC Level 14 or IDA scale of Rs.120000-280000 or equivalent). Selection Process

Important Details

Shortlisting Preference
Preference shall be given to candidates who have experience in the same grade or the immediate lower grade with 2 years of experience in that grade. If sufficient suitable candidates are not available for the advertised post, candidates from a lower pay scale who meet the prescribed qualifications, total experience and age criteria may be considered to fill the vacancy.
Interview Call Letters
Call letters for interviews will be issued to shortlisted applicants through the registered email, indicating the time, date and venue of the interview. Any request for a change in date or venue will not be entertained.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can private-sector candidates apply for GMRC Civil posts?
Yes. Candidates from reputed private organisations are eligible, but they must upload their latest CTC breakup along with the other documents. An application without the CTC breakup will not be considered for the post applied for.
