- Experience
- Minimum 6 Years of post-qualification experience in Project planning, analysis, design, detailing and execution of structural works for building and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of reinforced concrete (RCC), structural steel and foundation systems; practical experience in coordinating and supervising structural construction activities; proficient in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM an added advantage.

Salary Structure
In addition to Basic Pay + Dearness Allowance (pre-revised), employees are entitled to Annual Increment, EPF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement, leave encashment and other benefits as per Company Rules.

Important Details
- Appointment is on a Fixed Term Contract basis initially for 3 years, renewable based on the candidate's performance or the organization's requirement.
- Selected candidates may be posted to any HITES office or project site across India or overseas locations, and may be posted to other relevant disciplines as required.
- The qualifying degree or diploma must be from a National Level institute of repute or a recognized Indian University under the full-time/regular scheme only; articleship, internship, training, dissertation or self-employment during a professional course is not counted as post-qualification experience.
- Internal HITES candidates currently working in lower scales are also eligible for selection on merit.
- OBC candidates must produce a Non-Creamy Layer certificate not older than 6 months as on the date of advertisement.
- No TA/DA is provided for attending the interview.
- Any corrigendum, addendum or errata will be displayed only on the HITES website under Careers, with no further press advertisement.
- Court jurisdiction for any dispute is New Delhi.
