Pay Structure
HLL quotes three figures for each executive post: the basic pay range of the scale, the gross monthly salary at the minimum of the scale, and the annual CTC at the minimum. The gross and CTC are approximate and include allowances, and differ between Metro (Bangalore) and Non-Metro postings.
