Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized University/College/Institute with good academic record. MBA Degree from a reputed recognized University/College/Institute is desirable. Should have minimum 20 years experience, of which 10 years should be at Senior/Middle Management level in Industrial products/Machine Tools. Preferably should have wide knowledge of Machine Tools manufacturers and their end users. Should be conversant in technical and commercial aspects. Experience in productivity measurement and optimization. Should have experience in overseeing the entire operations.

An MBA degree from a reputed recognized university, college or institute is desirable.
Job Description
- Day-to-day operations and general management of the allocated unit.
- Formulating operational objectives aligned to organizational goals and managing operational budgets, expenses and revenues.
- Ensuring smooth running of production, quality control, logistics and customer service.
- Planning, implementation and tracking of projects within scope, on time and within budget.
- Practical knowledge of tendering procedures and experience in erection and commissioning of machines in project implementation.
