Master degree in Agricultural Economics/ Dairy Economics/ Fisheries Economics/ Agril.Extension/ Agricultural Statistics/ Economics with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor degree. Candidates having a post graduate degree with 3 years Bachelor degree and 2 years Master degree should have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience as mentioned in OM No. Edn./6/27/2014/HRD dated 13-07-2015 and OM No. Agril. Edn. 6/27/2014-HRD dated 09-10-2015 of the Council and OMSR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30-01-2019.

Salary Structure
Rs. 37,000 + 27% HRA per month for the first and second year; Rs. 42,000 + 27% HRA per month from the third year onwards. HRA is paid at existing Central Government rates applicable in the city or location where the SRF works.

Important Details
- The posts are purely temporary and co-terminous with the project, and selected candidates cannot claim regular appointment at the Institute.
- Candidates must compulsorily fill the application form in the prescribed format and attach the declaration about near or distant relatives employed in ICAR/IARI; candidates with no such relative must also submit the declaration.
- Selected candidates have to produce all original documents and a medical certificate at the time of joining.
- False claims lead to summary rejection of candidature.
