Important Details
- The engagement is purely contractual or outsourced for a fixed period, initially one year, and carries no claim to regular appointment.
- Deployment can be anywhere in Delhi/NCR and selected candidates may work in shifts on a rotational basis, with no extra conveyance paid.
- Fifteen days salary is deducted as security in two parts, 50% in the first month and 50% in the second month, and is refunded with savings bank interest after a no dues certificate is received from the client department and contractual liabilities with ICSIL are completed.
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates and may accept or reject any application or withdraw the advertisement without assigning a reason.
