Master's degree in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Medicine / Chemistry / Biochemistry / Physics / Biotechnology / Biomedical engineering / Natural sciences / Physiology / Food Technology OR any allied fields in Life Sciences from a recognized University OR Equivalent with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades etc.). Desirable: GATE/NET qualification, experience of working in the related field, experience in handling FTIR, Raman, DLS and other spectroscopic data, and exposure to various Molecular Biology techniques.

Selection Process

Interview held on 27 October 2026 at the Dr BCMFRLH laboratory, IIEST Shibpur; candidates must carry physical copies of all documents for verification.
Salary Structure
1st and 2nd year: Rs. 37,000 per month plus 30% HRA (Rs. 11,100), total Rs. 48,100 per month; 3rd year: Rs. 42,000 per month plus 30% HRA (Rs. 12,600), total Rs. 54,600 per month
