Important Details

Nature of Duties
- Manage the day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the girls'/female student hostel
- Maintain room allotment records, student attendance registers and other hostel records
- Act as a local guardian for resident students and provide support and guidance
- Address student grievances and maintain a disciplined and supportive hostel environment
- Enforce hostel rules, regulations and prescribed curfew timings
- Ensure the safety and security of students and coordinate with campus security personnel
- Monitor the health and well-being of students and coordinate immediate medical assistance during emergencies
- Supervise hostel cleanliness, sanitation and general hygiene
- Oversee the hostel mess and ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness
- Coordinate with Institute authorities, wardens, security personnel and other officials
- Provide basic administrative and computer-related support for hostel records and communication
- Perform any other duties related to hostel administration assigned by the Institution
Terms of Engagement
- Appointment is purely on a contractual basis
- The selected candidate shall reside in the accommodation provided on the campus/hostel premises
- Engagement is governed by the terms and conditions prescribed by the Institution
- Engagement may be continued or extended based on performance and the requirements of the Institution
- The Institution reserves the right to terminate the engagement in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions
