Project Details
Project: AI Pilot Interactive Hands-On Machine Learning for STEM Education (File No. DST/NCSTC/SCT/FP/03/2025(C) and (G)). Duration of the project is 24 months. Principal Investigator: Dr. Nataraj K S, Assistant Professor, Dept. of ECE, IIIT Dharwad. Co-Principal Investigator: Dr. Jagadish D N, Assistant Professor, Dept. of ECE, IIIT Dharwad.
Desirable Skills
- Interested in pursuing MTech or PhD at IIIT Dharwad
- Good coding abilities with the latest open-source packages
- Good communication skills and programming skills
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools
- Experience with development platforms such as Raspberry Pi and Jetson Nano
Job Description
- Develop and deploy machine learning models on computer and edge devices such as mobile phones, Jetson Nano devices and Raspberry Pi
- Field visit and data collection
- Development of front end and backend of the applications developed for the project
- Participating in research activities happening in the project
- Any administrative activities related to the project
General Instructions
- The selected candidate will work in IIIT Dharwad on a full-time basis
- Qualification obtained has to be from a recognized University or Institute
