Postgraduate/MBA from a reputed institute/university in a regular mode with minimum of 60% marks. 05 years' relevant experience, out of which a minimum of 02 years in managerial capacity. Preference will be given to those possessing prior similar experience in an academic institution or sales experience, preferably of services. Preference will be given to those possessing higher qualification with relevant work experience in an academic institute or organization of repute. Good command on written and oral communication skills in English language, conversant with computers, different operating systems and MS Office functions.

Important Details
- The engagement is purely contractual and carries no right to claim regularization or absorption in the Institute.
- The panel of recommended candidates will be valid for one year from the date of approval of the Competent Authority and the Institute may make future appointments by operating the panel within that period.
- Preference may be given to Agniveer applicants who fulfil the prescribed qualifications and experience.
- No rounding off of percentage is allowed; candidates must fill their exact percentage of marks.
- All selection-related communication will be sent by email only, so a valid and active email ID is mandatory.
- Normal working hours are 0900 to 1730 hrs for six days a week with Sunday off, and the incumbent may be required to work beyond office hours or on holidays without extra remuneration.
- HRA is not admissible if campus accommodation is provided.

- The position may require travelling locally and across India.
Job Description
- Market development strategy: identify, evaluate, convince and bring in new companies for recruitment of IIM Lucknow Noida Campus students and maintain relationships with existing companies.
- Interact with companies to understand talent requirements and with students to map their aspirations.
- Corporate relations: follow up with old and new company recruiters to build lasting relationships.
- Team management: work with the student placement team on administrative requirements of the placement process.
- Support students in securing summer internship opportunities.
- Manage data related to students and recruiters, including recruiter feedback and PPO records, exit forms and sign-in forms.
- Act as SPOC for all administrative requirements of the Placement office.
- Handle internal processes such as generating reports, placement audit, database maintenance, vendor evaluation and tendering.
- Coordinate with external and internal partners for student placements and with administrative departments to meet placement timelines.
- Work with the Finance office for budget approvals and with the Program, Alumni and Administration offices to organise events and LTS sessions.
- Conduct industry outreach and design budgets, brochures and placement activity on the website.
- Interact with faculty, students and prospective students, and perform any other responsibility assigned by the Institute and CDS Chair.
