- M.B.B.S. with at least 60% marks, including completion of compulsory rotatory internship from Indian University/Institutes recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/National Medical Commission (NMC); registered with the Indian/State Doctors Bodies.

- Minimum three (03) years of relevant experience for candidates possessing an MBBS qualification and one (01) year of relevant experience for candidates possessing a Postgraduate qualification, in a reputed Government/PSU/Private Hospital.

Job Responsibilities - Medical Officer
- Medical assistance to all students, faculty and staff members
- Provisioning of medicines and equipment and tie-ups with hospitals
- Prescribe medicines after considering symptoms and medical history
- Investigate, diagnose and treat the health conditions of patients
- Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions as per Institute policies
- Help the Institute identify hospitals for annual health check-up of employees
- Handle any emergency medical situation
- Involve in purchase of bulk drugs with the Stores and Purchase Department
- Manage local MoU with other hospitals for referral services
- Conduct medical examinations and issue certificates to incoming students and employees
- Manage and supervise the Medical Centres at both campuses and advise Institute authorities on medical and healthcare matters
Job Responsibilities - Accreditation Executive
- Coordinate every stage of the AACSB process including eligibility application, initial self-evaluation report (ISER), annual progress reports, mentor visits and peer review team visit
- Draft, edit and consolidate accreditation reports and supporting evidence in line with AACSB 2020 Business Accreditation Standards
- Maintain ongoing relationship with AACSB staff and the assigned mentor and track deadlines, fees and compliance requirements
- Assist the Accreditation Chair and Committee Members with data collection
- Coordinate with Program Chairs, Program Administrative Officers, faculty members and other staff for data collection
- Establish accreditation processes, calendars, templates and repositories
- Manage logistics for accreditation visits including schedules, stakeholder meetings, evidence rooms and hospitality
- Conduct orientation sessions for faculty and staff on accreditation requirements
Job Responsibilities - Research Associate
- Assist faculty members in preparation and delivery of courses, lectures, tutorials and academic sessions
- Support course-related activities including teaching materials, presentations, case studies and assignments
- Assist in examination-related activities including preparation of question papers, invigilation, evaluation and compilation of marks
- Provide academic and administrative support to faculty in managing course activities and student records
