Salary Structure
Consolidated monthly salary fixed between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 60,000, negotiable for deserving candidates based on experience and qualification; the final salary is fixed on the recommendation of the Selection Committee

Important Details

Mandatory Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively, 10 to 15 days a month across metro cities
- IT and AI proficiency
Desirable
- Corporate experience in Tier I cities, not limited to Bengaluru or Hyderabad, is highly desirable
- Candidates with prior experience working in a placement office, either as a student or as a professional, will be preferred
- Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, a CRM or database tool, and familiarity with data visualisation tools
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Market intelligence and sector monitoring: tracking hiring trends, recruiter expectations and emerging roles, and preparing sector-specific intelligence reports
- Recruiter outreach and acquisition: identifying prospective recruiters, running structured outreach campaigns, follow-up and conversion tracking
- Recruiter relationship management: maintaining the institutional recruiter database, engaging existing recruiters and tracking feedback
- Data management and analytics: maintaining placement databases, tracking outreach effectiveness and generating management reports and dashboards
- Event and engagement support: supporting Daksha and related initiatives, recruiter visits, career fairs and networking events
Sector Allocation
Selected candidates will be allotted specific sectors such as BFSI, IT and Analytics, Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare and Logistics, FMCG, FMCD, Retail and E-commerce, Consulting and Media Services, Human Resources, and Emerging Recruiter Segments, and will work closely with the Business Development/Placement Office and Student Coordinators.
