Graphic Designer Cum Video Editor - Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in Graphic Design, Design / Media Design, Multimedia / Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Media & Communication, Video Production, or other closely related disciplines. Minimum 2.5 years of post qualification professional experience in graphic designing, video editing and multimedia content creation. Proficiency in professional graphic design and video editing software, including relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent professional software. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality digital and print designs, institutional publications, social media creatives, videos, reels, motion graphics and multimedia content. A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing and multimedia work is essential. Educational qualifications must have been obtained from a recognized Board/Council/University/Institute.

Salary Structure

Important Details
- Applications are accepted online only; offline applications will be summarily rejected and a printout of the online form need not be sent to the Institute.
- The cut-off date for upper age limit, qualification and post qualification experience is the last date of submission, 30-10-2026, and part-time employment experience is not counted.
- The Institute may relax any experience criterion for a highly meritorious candidate.
- Working hours are 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, with work on weekends or holidays when informed by the competent authority.
- Contractual employees are not eligible for campus residential accommodation by default, though the Institute may consider allotment case to case on payment of license fee.
- Medical facilities are limited to outpatient treatment during medical emergencies at Rs. 100 for normal OPD and Rs. 200 for specialists, with no reimbursement of medical expenses.
- The selected candidate must hold a valid health insurance policy for the engagement period at their own expense and submit a copy at joining.
- Candidates already employed must submit a release or relieving letter in original from the present employer at the time of joining.
- No TA or DA is paid for attending the selections.
- The number of advertised posts is tentative and may increase or decrease.
