Project Details
The position is for a project titled "Heteroatom-doped biochar from yard trimmings as a low-cost adsorbent for simultaneous removal of CO2 and H2S from biogas", funded by IIT Indore. The work involves synthesizing and characterizing pristine, N-modified and Fe-modified yard-waste biochar at different temperatures and evaluating their CO2/H2S adsorption performance, five-cycle regenerability and preliminary techno-economic feasibility for CO2-cleaned biomethane production.
