- The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project, and the selected candidate is expected to join immediately.
- Project manpower is not entitled to allowances such as Bonus, Gratuity, LTC, DA or CCA, and no encashment of leave is applicable.
- Remuneration is taxable as per norms.

Preferable Qualification
- Working knowledge of computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools, with experience in managing and handling large databases
- Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills, database management, scientific report writing and data analysis
- Experience in managing R&D projects and understanding the complete project life cycle
- Engagement in both technical and administrative roles including project management, budget preparation and liaisoning with the funding agency and external experts; knowledge of working with government systems such as GFR and experience in accounting software is an added advantage
- Experience in preparing correspondence and documentation including financial statements, project reports and presentation materials
