- If the programme is not extended, the contract will be terminated and the candidate cannot claim any right on the post or file litigation regarding employment protection.
- All required qualifications must be from a Government recognized and UGC approved university.
- Experience acquired after passing the minimum education qualification required for a particular post will only be considered, and the experience requirement will be relaxed if sufficient candidates are not available.
