Important Details
- Candidates holding a qualification higher than the one prescribed for Post Code 01 and 02 will be treated as over qualified and will not be screened in.
- If an applicant submits multiple online applications, the application with the higher Application ID Number, that is the latest one, is considered.
- The number of vacancies is provisional and may increase or decrease depending on the Institute's requirements.
Tenure and Performance Review
All posts are purely temporary for a maximum period of three years and the engagement ceases automatically on expiry of the tenure, with no right or claim to a temporary or permanent appointment in the Institute. Performance is reviewed at the end of each year and the Institute may discontinue the appointment if it is found unsatisfactory.
Wait List
A wait list of candidates in order of merit will be published and will remain valid for one year from the date of declaration of the final result. The Institute may operate it wholly or partially to fill vacancies arising from non-joining, resignation, death or administrative exigency. Inclusion in the wait list gives no right or guarantee of appointment.
Exam Centre
The written test and/or interview will be conducted at Ahmedabad or Gandhinagar, Gujarat. No TA is paid to attend.
