Salary Structure
Rs. 60000-180000/- + allowances + PRP (IDA)
Scale of Pay: Rs. 60000-180000/- + allowances + PRP (IDA) Compensation Package: Basic Pay, Variable DA (presently @55.7%), HRA (30%, 20% and 10% for X, Y and Z grade cities respectively) or lease rent, allowances presently @35%, Performance Related Pay (variable, based on performance rating), leave encashment, mobile phone expenses, liberal medical including indoor medical benefits for self and dependents, employer's contribution towards EPF and Pension scheme, gratuity, welfare schemes and other fringe benefits as per rules of the Company.

Important Details
- Only currently working candidates as on the cutoff date of 01.09.2026 will be considered, provided they possess the essential qualification and post qualification experience.
- Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government organisations, Public Sector Undertakings, Public Sector Banks and Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel or furnish a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview; if that is difficult they may give an undertaking at the interview that they will produce a proper relieving order if selected, failing which they will not be allowed to join.

Medical Standards

Percentage of Marks
Percentage must be mentioned without rounding off. Percentage obtained in the Master's degree as per the consolidated mark sheet issued by the University or Institution will be considered. If no consolidated mark sheet is issued, the final percentage is calculated as the average of all semesters or years.
OBC Certificate
An OBC caste certificate issued by a Competent Authority in the format applicable for appointment to Government of India services will be accepted. Only an OBC certificate issued in the current financial year will be accepted as proof of not belonging to the creamy layer.
