Selection Process
- 1Academic Merit
Percentage obtained in the postgraduate degree, awarded on a pro-rata basis for a maximum of 60 marks.
- 2Relevant Experience
Two marks for each completed year of relevant experience up to a maximum of 20 marks; proportionate marks for a period of less than one year but not below six months.
- 3Personal Interview
Performance before the Selection Committee, 20 marks.

- Applications are accepted only online through the University website and no other mode is allowed.
- Along with the online form, candidates must send the duly filled application form with self-attested copies of certificates to the office of the Director, Centre for Good Governance and Policy Analysis (CGGPA) by 05-10-2026.
- Candidates who have been awarded a postgraduate degree from a foreign university must enclose an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, failing which their candidature may not be considered.
- The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to a regular or temporary appointment or to continuation of the arrangement.
Tenure
The engagement is purely contractual, initially for a period of six months, and may be extended on the basis of requirement and satisfactory performance subject to approval of the competent authority.
General Terms and Conditions
- The prescribed qualification and experience are reckoned as on the last date of submission of application.
- Only relevant experience supported by certificates issued by the concerned organization or institution will be considered.
- Candidates must produce their original certificates and documents at the time of interview and thereafter for verification.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
- The University may increase or decrease the number of posts, modify or withdraw the advertisement, or cancel the selection process at any stage.
- A candidate who intends to resign must submit one month notice in advance or one month salary in lieu of the notice.
Shortlisting and Merit
Where the number of eligible applicants is large, candidates will be shortlisted in order of merit based on their combined score in the postgraduate qualification and relevant experience. Final merit is determined from the aggregate marks obtained under all three components, subject to verification of qualifications, experience and other relevant documents.
