Manager Project (Full time - Contractual)
- Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Infrastructure Engineering) from a recognized University or Institute in India.
- Experience
- Minimum 20 years of experience working for Major Port / industrial park / SEZ / shipping infrastructure organization such as CFS, logistic park (of minimum capacity of 2 million TEU's per annum) etc. in executive / managerial cadre, out of total experience at least 05 years experience in the executive cadre of a pay scale Rs. 40,000 - Rs. 1,20,000 or above. Desirable experience in contract management, including tendering, vendor selection, contractor supervision and contract administration, working knowledge of SAP and of the GeM Portal and CPP Portal.

- Maximum 55 years for individual consultant or 65 years maximum for Retired Port / Govt. officers / employees
Fire Superintendent
- Qualification
- Degree in any discipline and Advanced Diploma in Fire Engineering Or "M.I. (Fire - U.K.)" Or "M.I. (Fire - India)" Or a person holding a Higher Education Qualification in the subject of Fire Engineering. Membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India) is desirable.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in port expert / State / Municipal / SPA Fire Department as Chief Fire Officer / Chief Fire Superintendent or Fire Superintendent.
- Age Limit
- Maximum 60 years for individual consultant or 65 years maximum for Retired Port / Govt. officers / employees
- Desirable
- Membership of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India)

Important Details
- The crucial date for determining eligibility for educational qualification, experience and age is the last day of the previous month from the date of publishing the advertisement.
- Hardcopy submission of the application is mandatory and an application sent only by email to [email protected] will not be considered.
- Candidates serving in Government, Semi Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies must submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer with the application.
- Selected candidates must submit a discharge or relieving letter from their employer at the time of joining and must be found medically fit as per JNPA SEZ requirements.
- The engagement is purely contractual and carries no right to regularization or permanency.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
Reservation
Reservation policy as being followed by JNPA shall be applicable for appointment to both posts. The posts shall be as per the reservation roster prepared on consolidation of all the posts proposed for management of JNPA SEZ.
Other Terms of Contractual Engagement
- The contract is for two years, extendable at the discretion of JNPA SEZ, and provides no regularization or permanency.
- OPD and IPD facilities with medicines are available at the JNPA hospital or dispensary for the contractual personnel only; dependents are not covered and personnel are not referred outside for treatment.
- 10 medical leaves and 20 days casual leave a year plus public holidays; absence beyond the admissible leave attracts pro-rata deduction, and there is no carry forward or encashment of leave.
- Duty hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or as decided by the Administration, with a weekly off normally on Sunday; work beyond duty hours or on a weekly off carries no extra compensation, only a compensatory rest day where warranted.
- Accommodation at JNPA quarters may be provided subject to availability in the equivalent category, with rent as per JNPA SoR plus electricity and water charges on actual consumption.
- Engagement is subject to police verification of antecedents, and an adverse report can lead to termination.
