Selection Process

Applications received at the Kudumbashree State Mission are scrutinised by the Committee and shortlisted candidates are called for interview.
- 2Presentation
Shortlisted candidates prepare a presentation on Kudumbashree in a format shared with them, which is considered for assessment.
- 3Interview / Interaction
Conducted by an Interview Panel; only the applications of officers selected through the interview are forwarded to the Government for appointment.
